A: We can offer you a complete refund, ensuring the order is checked once we receive it, if all goes well, then you will get all your money back or item back as soon as possible.
Q: How long is shipping ?
A: Depending on your geographical location to our suppliers (China and USA), this will determine how long it takes. The average delivery time for our customer is 2-3 weeks.
Q: Will my information be stored ?
A: Simply yes, but in a safe location where it is only attainable by my store supplier Shopify, which is a highly credible source, so your data is in safe hands and is not used at all.
