Q: What happens if I am not happy with my order / would like a refund or exchange?

A: We can offer you a complete refund, ensuring the order is checked once we receive it, if all goes well, then you will get all your money back or item back as soon as possible. 

Q: How long is shipping ? 

A: Depending on your geographical location to our suppliers (China and USA), this will determine how long it takes. The average delivery time for our customer is 2-3 weeks. 

Q: Will my information be stored ? 

A: Simply yes, but in a safe location where it is only attainable by my store supplier Shopify, which is a highly credible source, so your data is in safe hands and is not used at all.

Q: why should i use the rewards / wave side account systems ?

Q: What is the best way to contact you ? 

A: We most rapidly respond to direct messages through Facebook and Instagram faster than Email. However if you do email us we usually respond, within 1 day. 

Q: What happens if my order gets lost along the way? 

A:  You don't have to worry one bit, we will contact our delivery service and see what happened and once this is completed, a new order will be made and sent free of charge.
